We collect the information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, the address and details of your property, and anything else you choose to tell us when you request an offer, ask about property care or contact us.

2. How we use your information

We use it to:

Respond to your enquiry
View your property and make you an offer, if you've asked for one
Quote for, organise and manage property care work you've asked us to do
Keep records we're required to keep, and meet our legal obligations

We don't use your details to market other people's property to you, and we don't add you to any mailing list without asking.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only where we need to: with tradespeople doing work you've asked for, with lawyers and other professionals involved in a purchase you've agreed to, with the service providers that run our website and forms (such as Zoho, which hosts our enquiry forms), or where the law requires it.

4. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

5. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email info@hypd.nz.
