With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the New Zealand property market, Jeremy built HYPD out of frustration with the industry's status quo. Too often, decisions about property were made on emotion and hype rather than solid, verifiable numbers.
HYPD does two things. It buys property directly from owners who want a simple, private sale. And it helps owners and investors look after the properties they keep, from maintenance and repairs to managing renovations and getting rentals ready for tenants.
Either way, Jeremy's approach stays the same: clear numbers, honest advice, and doing what he says he'll do.
